When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or use the booking form, we may receive your name, phone number, district or address, appliance type and brand, and a description of the fault. The booking form on the contact page does not store anything on our website; it opens a ready-made WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
Like most websites, our hosting server records the IP address, time and page requested for security and to prevent misuse.
